The old adage "Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me" comes to mind when I think of Dick Morris. At first blush, it seemed like an absolute coup to have a former Clinton top political advisor trashing Billary on conservative cable news and talk radio. But my mother used to warn me about people who say bad things about former friends, etc. The first clue should have been Morris' quixotic promotion of Condi Rice for President [Condi vs. Hillary], even though all indications ran contrary to that possibility. He was so over the top doing Fox commentary about drafting Rice, it occurred to me he had become blinded by his hatred of Hillary Clinton.
Several friends were excited over the prospect of Condi running but I pointed to the source of this wishful thinking and reminded them of his not-so-secret agenda (i.e., destroy Hillary).
When I received the link to this NewsMax article Morris declaring Bloomberg can win, it was clear that Morris had stepped over the edge; the one that separates the ordinarily sane from insane. Newsmax did not question Morris' Bloomberg prediction knowing full well the extent of his enthusiasm in relation to Condi. Dick Morris has lost his credibility.
